Roli Roti is the country’s first and finest mobile rotisserie prepared according to the innovative recipes of Rotisseur Thomas Odermatt.  The son of a Swiss “Metzgermeister,” or Master Butcher, Thomas grew up in the family’s butcher shop and learned from his mother how to perfectly prepare fine cuts of meat for grilling.
