Liba Falafel

Liba is a mobile falafel truck, inspired by the falafel shops of Amsterdam, delivered to the streets of the Bay Area by Gail Lillian.  Liba’s falafel, salads, cakes and cookies are made from scratch from organic ingredients to support California farmers.
