Delfina is a bustling neighborhood trattoria in San Francisco’s Mission District serving food that is Italian in spirit.  It is elemental, seasonal cooking whose simple appearance belies its depth of flavor.  They also cure many of their own meats and fish and make their own sausages, pastas and gelato.
